What thread are the mops?
Standard 8-32 male thread, which fits most Rifle and Airgun cleaning rods.
Will these fit my Airgun?
The .22 mop is sized for .22 (5.5mm) PCP barrels and the .30 mop for .30 (7.62mm) PCP barrels. Check the caliber guide, or email us your Rifle model and we'll confirm.
How often should I replace a mop?
Swap it out once the cotton is matted, stained through or no longer holds its shape. Many shooters keep one mop for solvent and one for oil and replace both every few cleanings.
How much is shipping?

Are these for Airguns or firearms?
Both. The mops are sized for .22 and .30 PCP Airguns first, and the same sizes fit common rimfire and centerfire calibers with the same bore diameter.
Can I use solvent and oil with the same mop?
You can, but it works better to keep one mop for solvent and one for oil so you don't leave solvent behind when oiling.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Florida, usually within 2 business days, by USPS. See shipping.
What's your return policy?
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it. See returns.
Do you sell on Amazon?
Not right now. barrelshark.com is the only place to buy Barrel Shark, and list members get launch codes first.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
